Terms of Service

Last updated 31 July 2026. By using TempMail you agree to the terms below.

TempMail offers free, disposable email addresses for receiving mail. By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Acceptable use

Use TempMail for lawful purposes only. Do not use it to harass others, to evade bans in bad faith, to receive illegal content, or to abuse third-party services in violation of their terms. We may block addresses or restrict access to protect the service and its users.

Receive-only

The service is receive-only by design. You can receive messages and one-time codes, but you cannot send email from a temporary address.

No guarantees

Disposable inboxes are temporary and public by nature. Addresses and messages may be deleted at any time, and delivery is not guaranteed. Do not use a temporary address for banking, primary accounts, password resets you rely on, or anything you cannot afford to lose access to.

Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempMail is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
