Terms of Service

TempMail (temporaryemail.cc) offers free, disposable email addresses for receiving mail. By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service in short

You can generate a temporary address without an account and use it to receive messages and one-time codes. The service is receive-only — you cannot send email from a temporary address. Inboxes are short-lived by design and are not meant to be a permanent mailbox.

Acceptable use

Use TempMail for lawful purposes only. It exists to protect your real inbox from spam, marketing and one-off signups — not to enable harm. You may not use the service to:

• break the law or receive illegal content;
• commit fraud, phishing, or impersonate another person or organization;
• send spam or facilitate spamming another service;
• abuse, harass, or threaten anyone;
• evade a ban in bad faith, or bypass another service's security controls;
• attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.

You remain responsible for following the terms of any site where you use a temporary address. For guidance on what the service is good for, see About and our use cases.

Temporary inboxes and data deletion

Addresses and messages are temporary. An inbox expires after a period of inactivity and stops receiving mail, and you can delete an address and its messages at any time. We may also remove addresses or restrict access to protect the service and its users. Do not rely on a temporary inbox for anything you need to keep. Not for important accounts

Because inboxes are temporary and public by nature, do not use a temporary address for banking, healthcare, government services, primary social or work accounts, or any password reset you may need later. If you would be upset to lose access to an account, use your real email for it.

Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempMail is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost access to an account or messages, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes
